New Loader

Well I dropped the ball on this one, sorry for taking so long to post it. Warforge just released a new loader for 1.13 that loads faster, fixes all errors with Win 9x / ME and also adds a new feature: Windowed mode. To run the game in a window instead of fullscreen just add -window onto the end of the command when you run it (ie "War3Loader-1.13-v2.exe -window"). You can download the new loader from our files section.
