above in order for you to claim a safe harbor under the DMCA from liability
for contributory and vicarious copyright infringement. Please immediately

Er hat eine IP von Cablecom... Diese dürfen aus Datenschutzgründen den Namen NICHT an Blizzard weitergeben.
Also vergesst das gleich :p (ich hoffe sowieso dass es keine Deppen gibt hier die so dumm sind)

NEIN, denn:
Dieses Gesetz ist der Lacher schlechthin und gilt afaik nur in den Staaten.
Denn: Es ist zu trennen zwischen der Software und deren Nutzung. Es stellt keineswegs eine Urheberrechtsverletzung dar, sollte man mit der Originalsoftware auf einem anderen Server spielen als das BNET. Es spricht ja auch die kostenlose Bereitstellung des BNETs eine etnscheidende Rolle für die Qualifizierung dieses Dienstes. Er soll gerade kostenlos und frei zugänglich sein für jene, die die Software
besitzen. Und da die Quellcodes des FSGS eigenständig sind und nichts mit den BNET Servern an sich zu tun haben, ist diese AGB zumindest nach deutschem Recht nichtig. Im Übirgen stützt sich Blizzard gerade auf eine Urheberrechtsverletzung, wovon bei eigenen Quellcodes ja nicht die Rede sein kann. (by Karrde)
